This is seriously happening on Saturday.

I will be a college graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design.

I am the first college grad in my family. This is a HUGE deal. Thank you EVERYONE for all of the support and encouragement. It really does mean a lot to me.

I hope people don’t think I am one of those girls who does photography because it is the, “cool” thing to do or as a hobby.

I am 100 percent serious about photography. I live, breathe, dream, eat, etc… When it comes to the world of photography. I feel that I just got the shove I needed from a guy I know though.. Asking me where I want to go with photography?

I am sure some of you might have had that question for me as well. Well… Let me tell ALL of you what I hope to do with my photography. I hope to make a profession with photography by being a portrait photographer. But, I also am willing to be a teacher for High School or Middle School. I also would not mind starting off as an asstiant. No matter how I have to start off my dream I will do it. As long as I can work with photography for the rest of my life I will be happy..

Sorry. I just needed to vent about this. Because my heart kind of dropped as I read that email, because it made me feel as though other’s are not taking my photography seriously. OR that they are trying to make me quit! BUT YOU KNOW WHAT?! I am going to keep going!! I am going to show all of them.

My first oil painting for my class! I’m really happy with it!

We had to do a reproduction of a previous painting as our first attempt! Now oil painting IS really fun!
